At Simmi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original shoebox or packaging and ensure all tags are attached before sealing the outer mailing bag.

• 3.
  Generate Your Label

  Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to download a prepaid shipping label or receive a digital QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
